how does the free trial work?+
you have 15 days to try every feature of the chosen plan without entering a credit card up front. if you decide to continue, just add a card before the period ends. otherwise, your account automatically returns to the free plan.
will the free check-up remain available?+
yes. without signing up, you can analyze up to 3 urls per month and see only the overall score. with a free account, you get 5 credits per cycle (use them on check or build), 1 standard ga4 audit per cycle and history of the last 10 urls. paid plans add more credits, more clients, premium ga4 audit, csv and galiléo (our ai trained with eleonora diniz's expertise).
how do credits work?+
1 check url = 1 credit · 1 build url = 1 credit · 1 track url (short link + qr) = 1 credit · 1 standard ga4 audit = 3 credits · 1 premium ga4 audit = 6 credits. each plan already includes courtesy ga4 audits per cycle (free: 1 standard · gold: 1 premium · platinum: 3 premium). plan credits renew every cycle and expire at the end of it; purchased one-off credits stay in your wallet until used.
how does cancellation work?+
canceling means not renewing for the next period. your plan stays active until the end of the already-paid cycle — you don't lose access immediately. after that, your account automatically returns to the free plan. no fees, no lock-in.
can i upgrade or downgrade later?+
upgrades can be made anytime — stripe prorates the amount based on the remaining time in the cycle. downgrading between paid plans is not allowed: to move to a lower plan, cancel the renewal in the portal and, at the end of the cycle, your account returns to free so you can subscribe to the desired plan.
do you issue invoices?+
yes, we issue electronic invoices for all subscriptions, individuals or businesses.
