platform security
• authentication with a managed provider and encrypted session tokens.
• communication always over TLS/HTTPS.
• data stored in a Postgres database with row-level security enabled.
• secrets and API keys live only on the backend, never exposed to the browser.
• role-based segregation: admin operations require an admin role.
privacy and LGPD
we only collect the data necessary to operate the product: account identification, analyzed URLs, usage metrics and payment data processed by Stripe.
we don't sell your data. you can request access, correction or deletion at any time through the channels below.
submitted URLs are sanitized to avoid storing personal data (emails, IDs, phone numbers).
responsible disclosure
found a possible vulnerability? write to contato@drmetricas.com.br with details to reproduce it. we ask for responsible disclosure: give us reasonable time to fix it before any publication.
